Dr. John Grandizio offers full spine adjusting, deep muscle tissue therapy, decompression traction therapy and laser therapy to get relief from back, neck, joint, muscle and shoulder pain. We also treat scoliosis and arthritis.
Spinal Decompression Therapy
Decompression traction therapy is a non-surgical treatment for lower back and neck pain, radiating leg and arm pain, and headaches. These treatments utilize sophisticated mechanical traction tables that gently stretch the spine, taking pressure off the discs and joints, enhancing the natural healing process.
Decompression traction effectively relieves pain associated with disc herniations, degenerative discs and posterior facet syndromes by enhancing the healing process and renders quick and effective pain relief that enables patients to return to their active lifestyle. Dr. Grandizio is one of the few certified decompression practitioners using the Neural Flex decompression table in Lancaster County.

Manual Instrument Adjustment
Dr. Grandizio was trained at the elite Palmer College of Chiropractic, known for graduating doctors of chiropractic with the best hands-on adjustment techniques the profession has to offer. Although he prefers these traditional, manual adjustments that most patients seek from a chiropractor, some patients prefer the latest technology in the field of chiropractic. This consists of decompression traction therapy (see other page) and instrument adjusting methods, specifically the Arthrostim. The Arthrostim has been around for nearly three decades, but Dr. Grandizio obtained his new, state of the art model in 2018. As opposed to the twisting or cracking that is commonly experienced during most patient encounters, patients can request and experience a highly effective alternative approach to the chiropractic adjustment, one that is backed by research.
